Can I modify an order once I've placed it?
If you would like to modify an order please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. Please email info@theannuel.com as soon as you can, and we will do our best to help you. 
Please subject the email "order modification".

What delivery services do you ship with?
Australia Post (domestic) & DHL (international).

How do I know what size I am?
We have provided a standard size chart as a measurement guide and size conversion chart for our international customers. This will help you find your best fit. Each product also includes a description about the garment as well as fit suggestions. Feel free to reach out to us info@theannuel.com if you require further assistance.

Will you be extending your size range?
This is definitely something we are working towards. We would love to provide smaller and bigger sizes to our customers. Please remember we are a new brand and  are just in the beginning stages of business.

What does coming soon mean?
If an item is titled as coming soon, this means it is currently in production and will be ready to purchase in the coming weeks. Stay tuned on our socials for more updates.

A style has sold out, will you be making more?
Due to the limited availability of our pieces, unfortunately some styles sell out fast. If the item is listed as “sold out” please email us and we can advise if what your after will be coming back. Please keep in mind we use dead stock fabric for some of our pieces, meaning they are one offs and cannot be produced again.
 
How do I care for my product?
Please ensure you read the care label and follow instructions carefully. You will find this sewn into each garment.
