RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We understand that sometimes purchases aren’t always right. Items can be returned for full refund or credit note within 14 days of receiving your order. Provided the item is in brand new, original condition with tags still attached.

Please email info@theannuel.com  and subject "return" with your order number, the item you wish to return & the reason for your return.

Please note customers are responsible for the return shipping cost when initiating a return or exchange. Sale items are final and are not eligible for return, exchange or refund. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a seperate purchase for a new item.

Items can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order provided the item is in brand new, original condition with tags still attached. 

 

We offer returns and refunds if the item is faulty, please contact us via our email and subject the email "faulty item" before returning. Please ensure you reach out to us within 7 days of the item being delivered.

If you wish to receive a credit note, the credit note will be valid or 12 months from the date of issue.
